Adminstrative Officer- Specialist Clinics The Royal Children’s Hospital Melbourne – Parkville VIC These Full time roles within the Specialist Clinics department/ward is a front line customer service position involving a high level of interaction with patients and their families. You will also be responsible for a broad range of administrative duties including the scheduling of appointments. Classification for this position with range from A010- A012 ($58,442.00 - $64,610.00 per annum, pro rata, plus superannuation, plus salary packaging) What you'll achieve: Excellence in customer service. Knowledge of Specialist Clinics booking practices Skills in the use of our electronic medical record Your skills and experience: Previous work in a busy front line customer service-based role. Demonstrated experience in multiple computer applications. About Specialist Clinics: Specialist Clinics operates the outpatient service, for all medical and surgical departments of the hospital. Seeing over 1200 patients per day we are one of the busiest outpatient services in Victoria.
