Administration Officer- Specialist Clinics The Royal Children's Hospital Melbourne – Parkville VIC The Royal Children's Hospital's (RCH) Vision is "A world where all kids thrive". A full range of paediatrics and adolescent health services are provided plus tertiary and quaternary care for the most critically ill and medically complex patients in Victoria, Tasmania, southern NSW and other states around Australia and overseas. About the Role These part time, ongoing positions within the Specialist Clinics Access team, are responsible for ensuring all referrals move through the referral receipting and triaging processes efficiently and effectively. What You'll Achieve Knowledge of administrative process in the management of incoming referrals. Knowledge of Specialist clinics processes Skills in the use of multiple IT systems including our Electronic Medical Record Classification for this position with range from A010 ($58,442.80 per annum pro rata) - A012 ($63,996.40 per annum pro rata). Your Skills and Experience Previous experience in data entry roles Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues. Ability to work and contribute to a team. About The Department Specialist Clinics operates the outpatient service, for all medical and surgical departments of the hospital. Seeing over 1200 patients per day we are one of the busiest outpatient services in Victoria.
