About the Role These permanent full‑time Team Leader positions are responsible for overseeing the daily operations of their assigned portfolio within Specialist Clinics. The role works closely with the Administration & Operations Manager, Specialist Clinics. The Team Leader provides leadership, supervision, and direction to their team, ensuring effective task allocation and high‑quality service delivery. This position plays a key front‑line role, involving significant interaction with patients and families to ensure a positive customer experience. Classification: Award 10 Grade 4 Level 1 – Level 5 AO41 – AO45 ($83,657.6 – $92,482 per annum, plus super, plus salary packaging).
