Architectural Technician or REVIT Draftsperson Architectural Technicians/REVIT Draftsperson - This is a fantastic opportunity with an established busy Brisbane Studio. Our client is a known Studio with a strong pipeline of high profile projects in the mix. They focus on client service, teamwork, collaboration, professional development, and quality WLB for their staff. This is a new role in their team due to the growth they are experiencing. Projects span Multi-Residential, Mixed-Use, Social Housing towers and Commercial. Your duties as Architectural Technician or REVIT Draftsperson will include but are not limited to: Producing and delivering accurate Construction Documentation (REVIT) with technical excellence and design innovation. Ensuring high quality work standards are maintained. Providing input on technical and design issues. Working with consultants, stakeholders and authorities, and team members. Assisting in meeting project deadlines. The successful applicants will be quality output focussed, have excellent attention to detail, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. Additionally, to be considered for this role you must have: Qualifications in Architecture. Proficient understanding of REVIT - ESSENTIAL. Min. 5 years of local post grad Australian experience - ESSENTIAL. Detailed REVIT Documentation/Drawings you can provide to demonstrate your REVIT proficiency. Relevant experience working on various large projects in Australia. Familiar with Australian Standards & Codes. Australian or NZ Citizen, or PR.
