We are a small architectural drafting practice based in inner Melbourne working primarily on residential and commercial projects in Victoria and interstate. Key Responsibilities: Create detailed architectural drawings and models using Revit, AutoCAD and SketchUp. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and present design concepts effectively. Prepare presentation materials, including 3D models, renderings, and drawings for client meetings. Assist in project coordination and ensure compliance with relevant building codes and regulations. Work closely with team members to develop innovative design solutions and refine project concepts. Stay updated on industry trends and software advancements to enhance design practices. Qualifications: Proven experience as a Designer or Architectural Draftsperson, preferably in residential and commercial projects. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit and SketchUp is essential. Excellent soft skills with the ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively to clients and team members. A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of design aesthetics. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a flexible work environment. Relevant degree or qualification in architecture, design, or a related field.
