About the Role We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Architectural Draftsperson to join our growing team. You will be responsible for producing accurate, high-quality technical drawings for fabrication and installation, primarily across commercial projects. This role requires close collaboration with project managers, engineers, and the workshop team to ensure all designs are practical, compliant, and align with client specifications. Key Responsibilities Prepare and develop shop drawings, detailed fabrication and installation drawings using AutoCAD. Interpret architectural and engineering plans for accurate production documentation. Liaise with project teams, clients, and workshop staff to resolve design or technical issues. Ensure all drawings meet industry standards, accuracy, and compliance with project requirements. Assist in design coordination and contribute to design improvement solutions. Maintain efficient documentation and version control throughout the project lifecycle. Skills & Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Architectural Draftsperson, preferably in commercial or architectural metalwork projects . Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise, high-quality drawings. Excellent time management and organisational skills – able to meet deadlines efficiently. Strong communication and teamwork skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving. Knowledge of metal fabrication, construction, or architectural detailing (highly regarded). What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience.
