What You’ll Be Doing Defining and implementing SLOs (Service Level Objectives) and SLIs (Service Level Indicators) that help us measure and improve reliability. Embedding observability into CI/CD pipelines and partnering with teams to build production-ready applications. Leading incident response with empathy and precision, using AI-assisted diagnostics and structured learning reviews. Automating support workflows to reduce toil and improve the experience for our internal teams. Driving self-healing automation and applying FinOps principles to manage cost and efficiency. About You You’ll contribute to a team that values collaboration, continuous learning, and curiosity. You’re an experienced Software Engineer, DevOps Engineer or SRE who thrives in dynamic environments considering multiple solutions for applications.
