What You’ll Do Spot emerging social trends and turn them into creative, social-first ideas that elevate pitches, projects, and client responses Capture, create, and curate standout content that showcases Fourth Wall’s work, clients, and behind-the-scenes magic Manage Fourth Wall’s social channels with a strategy that grows reach, engagement, and community Track and report on content performance, using insights to refine and optimise ideas Support the pitch process with research, scheduling, admin, and world-class presentation of materials Enhance client interactions with thoughtful, detail-driven touches that reflect our philosophy Be hands-on at events, capturing live content and ensuring clients feel supported, valued, and engaged Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to bring social and digital elements to life across projects Bring positivity, curiosity, and creative energy to every challenge — embodying the Fourth Wall Way in every interaction About You Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, media, or a related field (or equivalent experience) A natural storyteller with strong skills across digital, written, and visual content Hands-on experience in producing and evaluating social media content A trend-spotter who lives and breathes social, culture, and what’s next Confident capturing and editing content, with experience in video editing and tools like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Highly organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple projects at pace A proactive collaborator who builds strong relationships with teams, clients, and partners Exceptional communication skills, with the confidence to present ideas internally and externally Solutions-focused, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering elevated client experiences Someone who brings positivity, passion, and excellence — living the Fourth Wall Way Why Fourth Wall Fourth Wall is a creative and innovative powerhouse that thrives on artistry, working with the world’s most progressive brands.
