The Opportunity Be the first point of contact for our brand and kickstart your career in automotive As a Customer Experience Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in providing a positive experience to our customers by answering questions through a variety of means such as emails and phone calls. This is a full‑time permanent role and a great opportunity to start your career with an innovative brand that values your development. Come grow with us Key Responsibilities Monitor, record and solve customer care issues Communicate to internal and external customers on their concerns and requirements Attend to all correspondences – written and telephonic Distribute concerns to the relevant representatives Record complaint details into the customer complaint management systems Monitor the timely resolution of all concerns Base decisions in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law Check and verify the information received from the customer and Dealer Network Assist Dealers, Regional staff and technical departments with the resolution of complaints in a timely manner Document all customer issues and product issues in a timely manner Resolve customer complaints in accordance with our Complaint Management System About You You have the below skills and experience and are passionate about progressing your career with an innovative and dynamic automotive brand. 1‑2 years' experience in a customer service role preferably in a call centre environment. You enjoy providing a fantastic customer experience in all of your work. You have great time management and organisational skills with the ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously.
