The Role We are seeking an organised and detail-oriented Customer Experience & Dispatch Coordinator to join our eCommerce team in Sydney. Reporting to the Senior Digital & eCommerce Manager, this role is responsible for delivering a seamless last-mile eCommerce experience — overseeing dispatch, delivery coordination, returns, and after-sales support. You will manage all customer enquiries and maintain inventory accuracy, ensuring every interaction reflects the standards of a luxury brand. Key Responsibilities Process online orders accurately through Shopify and marketplaces, ensuring timely dispatch and presentation to brand standard. Coordinate domestic and international shipping via Starshipit and liaise with carriers including DHL, FedEx, Australia Post, and Zoom2U. Manage all customer enquiries via Gorgias, email, and WhatsApp, providing prompt and professional support. Handle returns, exchanges, and after-sales requests efficiently through Shopify and Farfetch. Maintain accurate stock and order records across eCommerce and warehouse systems. Monitor and report on customer feedback to support the continuous improvement of the online experience. Support warehouse organisation, packaging, and seasonal sale preparations as required. About You Experience in eCommerce fulfilment, dispatch, or customer care—ideally within premium or luxury retail. Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Starshipit, Gorgias, and carrier logistics. Excellent communication skills with a customer-first approach. High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A team player with a proactive mindset and a passion for delivering an elevated customer experience.
