Customer Experience Representative BYD Australia & New Zealand invites applications for the Customer Experience Representative role. Ready to make an impact in the automotive industry? Join our team and help deliver exceptional service to every customer. As the first point of contact, you will respond to inquiries, resolve issues and ensure a smooth, positive customer experience at every interaction. Key Responsibilities Handle customer inquiries, complaints, feedback & suggestions received via phone, online chat, website message box, emails, social media, owner’s APP, etc. with professionalism and efficiency. Create and manage tickets, ensuring closed‑loop processing until the case is closed. Carry out cross‑function collaboration to resolve issues and provide responses on the platform. Establish good relationships with customers by providing high‑quality service, reasonable solutions, and continuous improvement of service quality and satisfaction. Pay attention to customer needs and appropriately escalated concerns to relevant departments. Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of all interactions. Safeguard customer information, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to regulatory security standards. Skills & Experience More than 1 year of experience in a similar role in a call‑center environment or customer‑facing role within automotive, luxury retail, or hospitality industries. Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service with a customer‑first attitude and a can‑do mindset. Positive and proactive problem‑solver. Strong learning ability and communication skills. Strong sense of responsibility, excellent adaptability, ability to work independently and handle emergencies, as well as a team player. Good time‑management and multi‑tasking skills. Possess strong professional ethics and organizational discipline. Preferred if previously held a role in a dealership or automotive industry (e.g., receptionist, sales, call‑center agent). Full working rights with no visa restrictions. Intermediate computer skills in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint and Outlook.
