We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join the team at our site in Revesby (NSW). The key focus of this role will be to: Providing high level customer service to a large customer portfolio using both email and phone Providing ongoing support to both internal and external stakeholders Utilising our various applications to assist customers with order requirements Management of cases within CRM system to achieve recommended close out times and effective resolution for customers Providing prompt communication to customers with regards to order status when required Ensuring customer queries are handled efficiently and to the customer's satisfaction Developing strong ongoing relationships with customers We can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross‑functional and lateral moves. For this role we would ideally like you to have: Previous experience working in a fast‑paced environment providing phone & email-based customer service and administrative support Experience in using CRM systems is required (SAP or Microsoft Dynamics experience would be highly regarded) Experience working in a manufacturing/ warehousing/ FMCG environment would be highly regarded Advanced level of attention to detail, accuracy, and quality Strong communication skills with both inbound and outbound stakeholders (including phone and email communication) Prioritization and problem‑solving skills A can‑do attitude and the ability to remain calm under pressure Confidence in building relationships over the phone to resolve issues Discover more… by visiting our website at Find out about Opal - follow us on LinkedIn Applications are open to both internal and external candidates.
