Customer Service Representative – Stuart Alexander & Co. The Role As a Customer Service Representative at Stuart Alexander & Co., you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers and a key support for our Sales team. You'll play a central role in ensuring smooth, accurate, and friendly communication across phone, email, web, and social media channels. From answering product questions and processing orders to resolving issues and coordinating with other teams, you'll help ensure every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. This role is grounded in our core value of Care – you'll be focused on making each customer experience a positive one. Key Responsibilities Customer Enquiries & Support Respond to customer queries around product availability, deliveries, and general information in a timely and helpful manner. Address and resolve customer issues with a focus on providing a positive experience every time. Coordinate deliveries by working closely with transport providers to ensure products arrive on time and in perfect condition. Order Management Accurately process customer orders and ensure all details are handled with attention and care. Develop strong knowledge of our product range, promotions, and new launches to confidently support and advise customers. Navigate and utilise CRM platforms (such as Salesforce) and logistics/order management systems (like Lawson M3) efficiently. Customer Issue Resolution & Escalation Handle customer concerns with professionalism, resolving issues quickly or escalating when necessary. Investigate and process customer claims with thoroughness and efficiency. Maintain clear and accurate records of all customer interactions in Salesforce. What We’re Looking For Strong written and verbal communication skills. Experience using CRM platforms (especially Salesforce) is highly valued. Familiarity with order management systems is a plus. Excellent time management and organisational skills; able to manage multiple priorities with ease. Proven problem‑solving abilities and a logical, customer‑focused approach. Shopify experience is an added advantage. Positive and solutions‑focused mindset. Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain strong customer relationships.
