Key Responsibilities Be the friendly voice and professional representative of our company in every customer interaction. Deliver exceptional customer service across phone, email, and web chat channels. Accurately manage and process customer bookings in a timely and efficient manner. Collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve customer enquiries and provide seamless support. Develop strong knowledge of our services to confidently guide customers in making the best decisions for their needs. Ideal Candidate Available to work full-time (Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week) with shifts between 6:30am and 5:00pm. Brings strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Thrives in a supportive, team-oriented environment and contributes positively to a collaborative culture. Demonstrates a genuine passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences.
