We are now looking for apassionate, motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic and growing team. About the Role As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting our customers and contributing to our business growth. Your daily responsibilities will include: Handling inbound calls and making outbound calls regarding customer orders Addressing issues or concerns promptly and professionally Proactively identifying new business opportunities with new and existing customers Encouraging product upsell and promoting our premium range Responding to internal and external enquiries as they arise Providing product education and guidance to customers Supporting administrative and data entry tasks as needed About You You will thrive in this role if you are: Flexible and resilient , comfortable shifting between customer calls, data entry and admin tasks Afriendly, empathetic and self-aware team player , committed to supporting your colleagues and delivering timely service Process-oriented , yet confident in highlighting opportunities for system or workflow improvement Someone whotakes ownership of your development , welcomes feedback and seeks continuous improvement Experience & Key Requirements Minimum2 years’ experience in a cross-functional Customer Service role (inbound & outbound) Exceptional customer service, active listening and strong emotional intelligence Ability to multitask and perform in afast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving ability and confidence in offering solutions Creative thinker who can work “outside the box” when needed Persuasive sales skills and ease in building internal and external relationships Full Australian working rights (Citizen or Permanent Resident) Why Join Quality Centre?
