This role really requires someone fun and vibrant with a passion for supporting young people. Two casual positions Supporting clients to engage in outdoor and hands-on activities such as swimming, sports, art, music, gardening, or cooking Providing respectful and dignified personal care and daily living support Promoting independence and inclusion in the community Communicating proactively with team members and supervisors to report progress or concerns Maintain positive and welcoming relationships with families, colleagues, and other service providers Position Description: Disability Support Worker PD.pdf We excel together As a Disability Support Worker in one of our services you will work with a team on and off-site of specialists with one common purpose – to create meaningful opportunities for people with disability to belong and thrive.
