MiQ’s Asian Business Unit, located in Upper Mt Gravatt, serves the needs of local and global clients, making it one of the largest units of its kind outside major institutions in Australia. Role Description This is a full-time or part time permanent role for a Client Service Officer based in Geraldton, WA. The Client Service Officer will be responsible for greeting clients face to face and over the phone, providing support to financial advisers, managing client queries, and ensuring a seamless client experience. Daily tasks include preparing client documentation, liaising with financial institutions, maintaining client records, coordinating appointments and follow-ups, and delivering exceptional administrative support in alignment with MiQ’s high service standards. Qualifications Customer-focused skills, including strong communication, client relationship management, and the ability to handle client inquiries professionally. Administrative expertise, such as documentation preparation, record keeping, and organisation of appointments and schedules. Proficiency with office software and systems, including MS Office suite, CRM software (we use XPlan), and financial platforms. Problem-solving and multitasking abilities to manage competing priorities and ensure timely service delivery. Attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to maintaining confidentiality and compliance standards. Experience in financial services or as a Client Service Officer is highly desirable. #J-18808-Ljbffr
