We’re looking for people who are passionate about customer engagement, solving problems and want to make a real contribution to the future of financial services. What Will You Be Doing? Managing and handling customer and brokers queries from initial enquiry through to approval of the loan. Credit Analysis on applications up to $15 Mil. Reviewing loan applications and validating information for accuracy as per credit policy. Liaising with external stakeholders regarding applications. Follow-up on outstanding information and supporting documents, valuation reports, settlement instructions and loan contracts from internal and external stakeholders. Inbox and workflow management; and Supporting the wider team. What Will You Bring? A high attention to detail. Sound practical lending experience. Relationship management experience. Impeccable communication skills and the ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders. An understanding of credit and loan processing. Proficient with MS suite and capable of learning new systems with ease. Team player - Not afraid to get stuck in and help in other areas of the business when needed.
