Administration Team Leader

Imaging Associates Imaging Associates provides a fresh approach to Radiology and is owned by a team of well-respected Radiologists with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne Gippsland and Wagga Wagga. We are continuing on our growth journey with new clinics opening in 2026 and beyond. As a result weare seeking a passionate and experienced Administration Team Leader to join the team at our new clinic in Richmond opening in early 2026. Training for this role will commence ASAP for the successful candidate at our nearby clinics. You will join a friendly and professional team and be instrumental in cultivating a positive team culture and ensuring the smooth workflow of our clinic which enables us to deliver a high-quality service to our patients and referrers. Key Responsibilities Lead and participate in the smooth operation of the reception area and overall clinic workflow Manage billing banking and Medicare related activities Provide ongoing training development and mentoring to team members Convey business updates from management and oversee correct application of changes Plan and oversee workforce requirements in conjunction with practice management by ensuring appropriate rostering and leave planning Utilise leadership expertise to manage escalations and resolve complex queries Identify opportunities to continuously improve and achieve maximum efficiencies to deliver patient excellence To thrive in this role you will have : Previous experience within a Radiology setting (highly regarded) Knowledge of the patient workflow and supporting administration processes policies and Medicare billing The ability to lead by example with demonstrated experience in motivating and mentoring a team Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to liaise with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Highly developed organisational skills with the ability to multitask handle pressure and meet deadlines Sound problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve difficult situations to achieve good outcomes A keen eye for details and passion for process-driven continuous improvement As a valued team member you can look forward to : Being part of a progressive and growing business An experienced passionate and supportive team driven by providing quality and excellence in imaging services to our patients A tailored induction and genuine focus development to help you progress your career A rewarding role and the chance to make a difference in the lives of our patients Competitive remuneration If you believe your skill set matches this opportunity wed love to hear from you Please submit your CV and covering letter. #J-18808-Ljbffr
