Due to instrumental growth IfNSW are seeking a diligent result driven Team Leader who is ready to make the next step within their career and help their team thrive to achieve excellent outcomes for EML within our NSW police medical retirement claims team (RIS). This will be a full-time, permanent position based in our Tweed Heads Office with flexibility to work from home up to 2 days. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Oversee a portfolio of claims across your team of Case Managers and manage the workflow of claims transition into RIS through to closure Ensure Case Managers are resourced to deliver exceptional customer experience Manage team workflow to ensure that the team are meeting performance and customer benchmarks whilst providing feedback and coaching quality and outputs Encouraging an environment of sharing knowledge and ideas to ensure continuous improvement within the team Ensuring that the team achieves performance and KPI targets as set out under as part of the BU performance framework and icare Operational Measures ABOUT YOU You will have demonstrated people management and leadership qualities within your role with direct end to end claims management experience within workers compensation You will have a strong track record and success rate within your current position achieving business objectives You will have team building skills, ability to coach and work through change management You will be able to develop and maintain a respectful, cooperative working team relationships to promote an integrated, seamless delivery of the target customer experience and service You will have a large centricity around customer service with an empathetic result driven approach Confident ability to engage and influence others positively within your team and build team relationships Assistance with relocation costs can be accommodate for the right individual WHAT WE OFFER We stand together as equals.
