The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced CFO to lead financial strategy and governance during a transformative phase. This is a rare chance to join a company with world-class resources and significant growth potential. Key Responsibilities Drive financial strategy through the transition from exploration to development and production. Lead capital markets engagement, including equity and debt raising. Oversee financial risk management across multiple jurisdictions. Partner with the CEO and Board on strategic growth initiatives and investor relations. Ideal Candidate Profile Proven experience in resource sector finance, ideally with ASX-listed companies. Expertise in capital raising and investor relations. Strong understanding of project economics and funding structures. Ability to navigate complex regulatory and sovereign risk environments. CA/CPA/MBA qualified or similar. Why Join?
