The Role As an Executive Consultant, you’ll be the engine room of our business – learning how to identify, attract, and connect top talent with growing companies. Day‑to‑Day Includes: Making outbound calls to C‑suite decision‑makers and executive talent Qualifying and screening the skills of sales and leadership professionals across Australia via phone and video calls Pitching job‑ready candidates from our exclusive database Building long‑term relationships with both clients and candidates and seeing your matchmaking skills lead to life‑changing success for everyone involved Assisting with handovers to senior team members for placement Tracking progress using AI‑powered sales and recruitment tools Who We’re Looking For You don’t need a polished resume .
