The Opportunity As a Genesis Sales Consultant you will facilitate the Genesis purchasing experience by providing a high level of service to our customers in our Gold Coast Showcase. Whether it be in store, Genesis to You or at a sponsored event, you are the critical touch point between our customers and the Genesis brand. You will focus on maintaining a high-end retail environment through attention to detail, effective closing of sales and cross collaboration within your region. You will play a key role in driving business growth by being commercially minded, results-driven, and acting as a role model for Genesis Motors Australia. Key Responsibilities Achieve and exceed sales targets, contributing to overall business success. Convert enquiries (instore, web and phone) into leads and opportunities by understanding their needs and interests and match them to the most appropriate car. Initiate and maintain relationships with potential clients with regular follow ups, and build rapport with potential customers to improve the possibility of a sale Uphold Genesis brand standards in all aspects of Showcase operations. Ensure Genesis Retail products and displays are maintained to high standards. Represent Genesis Motors Australia as a sales and brand ambassador embodying luxury and excellence in all aspects Build and manage strong and credible relationships across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, this includes working closely with other team members on operational and business needs About You You have the below skills and experience and are looking to develop your career in automotive with an innovative brand. 1-2 years of experience in automotive or luxury sales. Full valid Australian Driver's licence. You are driven by targets and are always looking for new opportunities to make your next sale. You have experience working with set sales processes and procedures. Ability to provide a luxury customer experience through all customer touch points whether it's in-person, on the phone or by email. Why work for Genesis Motors Australia?
