Develop budgets and track key operational and financial critical metrics in partnership with finance. Mentor teams and foster a high‑performance culture aligned with LEGO Group values. Lead the execution of the gaming ecosystem, coordinating efforts across departments to ensure timely delivery and strategic alignment. Manage and prioritize workflows to support seamless integration. Play your part in our team succeeding As Head of GAME Strategic Operations, you will be a key member of the LEGO Group’s GAME leadership team, responsible for scaling and optimizing the day‑to‑day and strategic operations. You’ll ensure production, infrastructure, finance, and third‑party partnerships run smoothly and efficiently, enabling development teams to focus on creating great games. You will define processes, manage resources, and drive coherence across functions with the goal of delivering high‑quality games on time, on budget, and aligned with the LEGO Group’s GAME vision. Do you have what it takes? Extensive experience in operations or studio management in the gaming industry. Proven track record of leadership in managing cross‑functional teams and inspiring change. Deep understanding of game development pipelines and live services. Strong project management skills, familiar with Agile methodologies and risk management. Financial acumen: budgeting, forecasting, and resource management. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to work with diverse teams.
