Create and maintain accurate documentation and completion of electronic medical records to reflect clinical decisions, tests, diagnoses and instructions. Supervise and mentor students, GP registrars and other Doctors in Training to standards required by Macquarie University, the RACGP or other relevant training authority. Where appropriate to your role, present at and represent Macquarie University Health at relevant internal and external conferences, grand rounds, and similar sessions in support of advancing the academic mission of the organisation. Participate in appropriate quality assurance and risk management projects. Participate in annual performance development meeting with the Clinic Director and Practice Manager. Qualifications & Requirements Current Specialist General Practitioner in Australia with a fellowship with the RACGP or equivalent Demonstrated experience as a General Practitioner Demonstrated interest and aptitude for one or more of the following: supervision of students, delivery of educational activities and/or primary care research. Demonstrated excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders including patients and other health professionals. Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment. Knowledge of and commitment to continuous improvement, evidence‑based practice and promoting a culture of safety, quality, innovation and best practice in clinical practice, teaching and research.
