Why this Role Matters Our systems support dispensary operations across our pharmacy network throughout Australia. As QA Lead, you’ll play a key role in modernising our legacy pharmacy systems through active involvement in two major initiatives: Dispensing and Inventory Management Project Pharmacy Finance Enablement Project Key Responsibilities Lead QA Strategy: Define test approaches and plans for major pharmacy transformation projects. Drive Testing Excellence: Oversee functional, automated, and non-functional testing, including performance and security. Champion Automation: Maintain and optimise test automation tools and pipelines. Collaborate & Mentor: Work closely with cross-functional teams and guide QA team members. Ensure Compliance: Support audits and quality checkpoints to meet GMP and regulatory standards. What You’ll Bring Australian working rights, valid for at least 12-months from date of employment. 7+ years in software QA, with at least 2 years in a lead or senior role. Proven experience in functional testing and test automation (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright). Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail, Azure DevOps). Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills. Bonus Points For Experience in IT roles within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry. Experience managing projects involving the transition from legacy IT systems to modern platforms. Experience testing MS D365, pharmacy dispensing, and inventory systems. Certifications in QA or engineering technologies.
