The Role
The Child and Adolescent Health Service is seeking an experienced Work Health and Safety (WHS) Business Partner who will lead a passionate team and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver safety strategies that protect our staff and enhance patient care with a strong focus on both physical and psychological safety. We recognise that a healthy workforce who feel supported, empowered, and confident to take responsibility for their own safety and the safety of others is essential to achieving the best outcomes for the children and families we serve. Reporting to the Manager Work, Health and Safety, you will provide expert WHS advice, coordinate a team of WHS consultants and working alongside key stakeholders to deliver a risk-based and collaborative WHS program that meets legislative obligations and supports service delivery across our organisation. What We’re Looking For Extensive experience managing WHS services in a large, complex organisation with strong leadership and communication skills to provide expert advice on WHS legislation, compliance, and risk management.
