About the role Law graduate trainee, Melbourne – 12 month, 12 month legal traineeship commencing March 2026. Graduates will cycle through four rotations: Corporate & Commercial, Workplace Relations, Property & Leasing, Insurance, Liability & Litigation. We provide supervision from nationally recognised partners, structured learning sessions delivered in-house and on site, and a structured graduate workbook to support your development. Law Graduate Snapshot 12‑month, four‑rotation programme (three months each) In‑house supervision combined with external training on administrative law, lawyer skills, managing client risk, ethics and professional responsibility Supervision by nationally recognised partners and mentoring by experienced lawyers Induction, rotation‑specific orientations and a national Graduate Welcome Event held in Sydney Structured performance feedback and a graduate workbook to track progress Participation in the National Graduate LDD Programme and continuing professional development Dedicated People & Development team for smooth admission and ongoing support About you We look for law graduates who are highly organised, detail‑oriented, calm under pressure, excellent communicators, strong drafting skills, enthusiastic about learning, and committed to client service.
