How you'll make an impact As an Enterprise Architect, you will drive the organization’s technology strategy, shape AI architecture, lead the Agile transformation, and build an innovation ecosystem for cutting‑edge solutions. Your work will influence senior stakeholders and enable scalability, resilience, and continuous improvement across the enterprise. What you'll bring to the role Extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture with deep knowledge of AI/ML technologies (NLP, predictive analytics, Agentic AI, Multimodal AI). Expertise in designing and governing architecture repositories, patterns, and lifecycle processes. Strong understanding of risk, compliance and security in regulated environments. Excellent stakeholder engagement – influencing at Board level and communicating complex ideas with clarity. Leadership in large‑scale Agile transformations and fostering an innovation mindset. Certifications: TOGAF, Agile (SAFe, Scrum) and AI/ML preferred. Proven strategic thinking, adaptability and resilience.
