Role Description We’re seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a part-time or contract basis. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll work closely with our Senior Leadership Team and play a key part in shaping our people strategy as we scale. Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end hiring processes for technical and operational roles. Learning & Development: Coordinate training programs and support professional development initiatives. Compliance & Documentation: Maintain HR compliance records and ensure alignment with WA employment law. HR Operations: Oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle, and HR administration. Strategic HR Input: Work closely with SLT to align HR practices with Sat One’s growth objectives. About You Knowledge and expertise in HR policies and Human Resources practices. Experience handling Employee Relations and Performance Management. Strong understanding of labour and employment law. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deal effectively with employees at all levels. Demonstrated ability to build trust and act with integrity. Ability to work collaboratively in an on‑site environment. Relevant qualifications in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Familiarity with HR tools, systems, and data-driven decision-making is an advantage. What We Offer Flexibility: Choose your preferred hours across the week (10–15 hours total).
