Learn more at Involved Responsibilities Provide a professional HR business partnering service to line managers across the entire employee life cycle. First point of contact and intermediary for line managers and employees. Coach line managers on people management practices. Implement HR-related programs including but not limited to value-adding employee development initiatives delivering information sessions on core HR activities and assisting stakeholders with HR processes and systems. Consult and support line managers in relation to grievances and disciplinary issues including performance and / or conduct and conduct where required investigations. Develop line manager knowledge and capability in people management matters. Youll Need Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field or significant experience in a similar role. A demonstrated working knowledge of employment law and industrial relations legislation including interpreting and applying a range of industrial instruments. Experience in developing and implementing people-related policies and procedures. Previous hands‑on experience leading workplace investigations making recommendations and assisting in solving complex problems.
