We are currently on the hunt for a Sales Representative to make their mark in our branch at Sherriff Deer Park. We need a dynamic and enthusiastic sales professional who is able to build relationships and think creatively. The ideal applicant for this role would be someone with a great work ethic that can thrive and learn within an experienced team. If you would like to become a member of our friendly team we will offer ongoing training and support to assist you with further career advancement within the company. Responsibilities Maximising branch sales and profitability. Planning and implementing strategies to generate and grow sales. Growing business with existing and new customers. Maintaining account and call plans including activity. Monitoring product pricing and trading margins. Capitalising on sales and margin opportunities. Maintaining strong relationships with suppliers and customers. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitor activities, and potential for new products and services. Continuously improve through feedback. Preferred personal attributes Demonstrated experience in field sales, territory management and maintaining call plans within a wholesale or trade sales environment. Electrical knowledge or trade background. Well-developed organizational, planning and prioritization skills. Exceptional communication & interpersonal skills. Previous sales experience, promoting Industrial, Residential, Commercial, Data product ranges as well as experience building partnerships with key accounts, specifiers, consultants, and electrical contractors. Aptitude to learn and understand our product range. Current and valid Driver’s License.
