Dynamic Learning Services (DLS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team on a part‑time basis in our Erina, NSW office. As Project Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing the successful delivery of a range of important projects for the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise and drive positive change within our growing business. Main Duties and Responsibilities Client Service Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and key stakeholders Prepare clear meeting agendas and ensure minutes are shared promptly after meetings Project Management Gather, compile, and report on evaluation, attendance, and training data Coordinate the delivery of training programs, including: Scheduling sessions and supporting trainers Developing and tracking program budgets Preparing and distributing learning resources Administration Enter data accurately and on time to maintain up‑to‑date records Escalate data‑related queries to the Senior Project Manager when needed Complete first file audits within five working days of program completion Manage filing, photocopying, and other administrative tasks for your allocated clients Provide general administrative support to the team as required Work Health & Safety (WHS) and Compliance Follow all WHS requirements under the Work Health and Safety (WHS) Act 2011 Ensure compliance with the Standards for Registered Training Organisations (RTOs) 2015 and other relevant legislation Key Capabilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong time management and ability to prioritise tasks effectively High attention to detail and accuracy Confident problem‑solving skills with a proactive approach Ability to work independently while contributing to a team Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel Qualifications and Experience A Certificate IV level business qualification or working towards (preferable but not essential) Experience working in a Registered Training Organisation (preferable but not essential) Previous Project Management experience What We Offer At DLS, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and flexible work environment.
