The Role – Choose Your Path We’re looking for a talented Project Manager OR Estimator to join our team. Your role will focus on either overseeing the delivery of exceptional projects or creating winning estimates for high‑end works. As a Project Manager Lead projects from concept to completion, turning drawings into stunning, functional spaces. Coordinate teams of trades, subcontractors, and suppliers, keeping projects on time, on budget, and exceeding client expectations. Be the key point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants, ensuring seamless communication and flawless outcomes. Manage budgets, track variations, and drive project profitability. As an Estimator Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive costings for complex joinery and fit‑out projects. Analyse drawings, specifications, and site conditions to create winning proposals. Source and negotiate with subcontractors and suppliers to balance quality, timing, and cost. Work closely with management to support project feasibility, scope, and profitability. Projects You’ll Work On Our projects are diverse and high‑profile, including: Commercial Fit‑Outs: interior office fit‑outs, aged care facility fit‑outs, club refurbishments, shop fit‑outs, hospitality fit‑outs, and medical fit‑outs. High‑End Residential Projects: bespoke cabinetry, architectural joinery, and luxury finishes. Specialist Joinery & Interiors: commercial joinery, timber veneer and wall panelling, reception counters, boardroom tables, display units, fabric panelling, feature wall panelling, wet area joinery. Every project is a chance to showcase your skill, attention to detail, and passion for high‑quality finishes. What You Bring 5+ years’ experience in high‑end joinery, cabinetry, or fit‑out, either as a Project Manager or Estimator. Strong commercial awareness and ability to deliver projects within budget or produce precise estimates. Excellent organisational, problem‑solving, and communication skills. Ability to read and interpret joinery/architectural drawings. Hands‑on approach with a keen eye for detail and craftsmanship. Driver’s licence and willingness to travel to site locations when required.
