With a national dealer network and growing customer base, we are seeking an experienced National Warranty Manager to oversee all warranty operations across Australia. The Role This is a hands‑on, autonomous role responsible for the end‑to‑end management of warranty claims . You will be the primary point of contact for warranty matters and will work closely with our internal technical team, who will support you with diagnostics, product knowledge, and technical advice as needed. Key Responsibilities Assess, process, and manage all warranty claims from dealers and service partners nationwide. Review evidence, diagnose issues, and make clear, fair decisions on warranty outcomes. Provide warranty guidance and technical clarification to dealers and customers. Work collaboratively with the internal technical team for complex diagnostics or product investigations. Liaise with suppliers regarding faulty components, replacements, and cost recovery. Maintain accurate warranty records and ensure claims are processed within agreed timeframes. Identify recurring issues or trends and report them to production and quality teams. Handle escalated warranty enquiries professionally and in line with consumer law requirements. Skills & Experience Previous experience in warranty management, service advising, or technical aftersales within automotive, RV, or similar manufacturing environments. Strong technical understanding of caravan components including electrical, plumbing, appliances, and chassis. Excellent communication and problem-solving capability. Ability to work independently while utilising internal technical expertise when required. High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy.
