Join Corrs Chambers Westgarth, Australia's leading independent law firm. We’re looking for talented tax lawyers and professionals to join our leading Tax practice in both Melbourne and Sydney. Our team advises on a broad range of high-profile and complex tax matters, including M&A structuring and implementation, due diligence, property and infrastructure transactions, corporate restructures, inbound and outbound investment, and cross-border financing. We work on market-leading deals across a wide variety of industries, both domestically and internationally. If you have at least 4 years’ post-qualification experience (PQE) or 5.5 years’ professional services tax experience, with a focus on M&A structuring, corporate reorganisations, cross-border tax and structuring for greenfield infrastructure and property projects, and are motivated to take responsibility for getting deals done, this is an opportunity to work on sophisticated transactions alongside some of the most respected professionals in the field. At Corrs, you’ll : Advise on complex and strategic tax issues for major corporates, private equity, and institutional investors. Play a key role in structuring and executing transactions, including greenfield infrastructure and large-scale property projects. Collaborate with leading lawyers across corporate, finance, property, and disputes. Develop your expertise in a supportive, high-performing team. We’re looking for someone who is : Highly motivated and commercially minded. Experienced in M&A transactions and structuring. Confident working directly with clients on complex tax and deal issues.
