The company has done fantastically well to continue its growth through the difficulties of the last year and has a very strong pipeline of work moving forward. This role has come about as a result of that strong pipeline and an increase in the number of projects being won by the firm. The company focusses on a variety of sectors including residential, retails, commercial, hotels and are always looking at new opportunities to diversify their portfolio.

The RoleRun projects across the following sectors: commercial, residential, age care, hotels and retailYou will work across all areas of project management, these include budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk, planning, design, construction, occupancy and closeoutYou will run projects and establish the requirements of the project, create a scope of works, determine resource requirements, budget, schedule and create milestones of the projectResponsible for project proposals, complete bid analysis, evaluation interviews, recommend resources to clientProvide project guidance and direction to the project delivery resources in order to achieve project goalsManage stakeholders and those involved in the projectTrack and reports project progress against budget and scheduleThe CandidateThe suitable candidate will have 5+ years experience in NSW as a minimum and must feel comfortable running a project completely autonomouslyExperience working full lifecycle commercial and residential projects will be necessaryYou will have worked for a project management consultancy or directly for a developer/asset owner in a project management capacityYou will have relevant tertiary education in construction management, project management, architecture or another relevant fieldYou must be very confident and capable in stakeholder managementIf you are keen for a confidential conversation around this role or any other similar positions.
