Role Clinical Specialist - Trauma & CMF, Melbourne at Johnson & Johnson The Opportunity We currently have a 12 months maternity leave contract opportunity for a Clinical Specialist to join our Trauma & CMF team in Melbourne. Working closely with Product Specialists, you will be responsible for providing clinical support to Orthopaedic Surgeons in the operating theatre during surgeries. As the subject matter expert on our Trauma & CMF products, you will be required to provide in-service training to nursing staff as well as acting as the first point of contact to troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues. This is a fantastic opportunity for Orthopaedic Scrub/Scout Nurses, Physiotherapists, Exercise Physiologists, Chiropractors or Paramedics looking to transition into medical devices. About You Tertiary qualification in a health-related field (Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Science, Chiropractic or Paramedicine etc.) Confidence to work effectively under pressure in an operating theatre environment and the ability to work out-of-hours on a rotating on-call roster Strong communication, presentation and customer service skills Self-starter who is results driven and solutions focused Autonomous and able to work as part of a team, and is organised with good time management skills About Orthopaedics Fuelled by innovation at the intersection of biology and technology, we’re developing the next generation of smarter, less invasive, more personalised treatments.
