What You’ll Be Doing Build connections: Visit sites, call prospects, and create opportunities across Melbourne. Sell smart: Offer tailored fencing and gate solutions that really meet customer needs. Own your patch: Manage key accounts, close deals, and hand over seamlessly to the project team. Stay sharp: Keep your CRM up to date and share insights with estimators and project managers. Fly the flag: Represent the brand with pride at every client visit, event, or coffee catch‑up. What You Bring 3+ years of B2B field sales experience (bonus points if it’s in construction, fencing, or trade services) A proven track record of smashing sales targets Top‑notch communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills Confidence working independently out on the road A valid driver’s licence and comfort with CRM and quoting tools Even better if you have: Experience in fencing, gates, or construction‑related products Knowledge of quoting, estimating, and project handovers Who You Are Energetic, outgoing, and self‑motivated Goal‑focused with the drive to make things happen Organised, proactive, and always up for a challenge Honest, reliable, and safety‑conscious Ready to Roll?
