The RMW team is comprised of passionate hospitality professionals who are all trained to deliver excellent service, and this is your opportunity to join us THE ROLE We are looking to add two new superstars to our teams across our venues as we take our business to the next level, with a Duty Manager/Restaurant Manager, supporting our business in providing outstanding service. We are seeking the right people who envisages longevity in the role, to allow themselves to develop professionally as our business grows. Someone who can bring their ideas and enthusiasm to support the growth of the business and motivate a team to deliver their best. Oversee all areas and working collaboratively with departmental managers. Create and support incentives in food, beverages and promotions across the venue. A hands‑on approach encouraging best practice and compliance from your team, while creating that buzz and atmosphere across our venue. This role could potentially suit an experienced restaurant supervisor who is ready to take the next step up.
