Head Installer - Air Conditioning (Ducted, Split, VRF & Cassette Systems) Location: Gold Coast, QLD Pay: $55-$60hr (depending on experience) Job Type: Full-Time At Bulls Air , we do things differently. You’ll work directly with management, help make high‑level decisions, and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our install division. About the Role You’ll lead a small install team across ducted, split, VRF and cassette systems, taking ownership from rough‑in to fit‑off. Responsibilities Lead and manage install jobs – from pre‑site prep to final fit‑off. Install ducted, split, VRF and cassette air conditioning systems. Manage a small install team and mentor apprentices. Collaborate with project managers and office staff. Ensure top‑quality workmanship and adherence to standards. Problem‑solve on the fly and take initiative on site. Play an active role in improving install processes and decision‑making. Qualifications Valid driver's licence. Construction White Card. Ability to lead and manage a small team. Strong communication and problem‑solving skills. Benefits Pay $55–$60/hr, depending on experience.
