The Role
The Clinical Support Officer (CSO) role provides clerical and administrative support to the local healthcare team under the direction and supervision of the Nursing Unit Manager (NUM) and/or Nurse Manager (NM).

On the banks of the Macquarie River in the Central Tablelands of NSW, the vibrant regional centre of Bathurst is rich with history and gold rush heritage. With Mount Panorama-Whaluu rising in the distance, it’s also the home of Australian motor racing and a hotspot for motorsport enthusiasts. Our Bathurst location is located approximately 3 hours from Sydney and 1 hour from Orange and the Blue Mountains.
On-site you’ll find a close-knit clinical team led by a passionate & enthusiastic Nurse Unit Manager that encourages the development of staff. Working within the Primary care team, you’ll enjoy fantastic training & education opportunities all the while working alongside Mental Health, Drug & Alcohol, Population Health, and Aboriginal Chronic Care teams. Salary & Benefits
Your salary of $33.30 - $34.33 per hour per hour (+ super and leave loading) is just the beginning. You’ll also have access to:
