In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of commercial/SME insurance accounts, providing exceptional client service, and driving business growth.Responsibilities: Manage a portfolio of commercial/SME insurance accounts, including renewals, policy amendments and claims management Proactively engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions Negotiate with insurers to secure the most competitive premiums and coverage for clients Prepare and present insurance proposals and policy documentation Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations Provide exceptional customer service and build lasting relationships with clients Collaborate with the wider Brokerage team to share best practices and drive continuous improvement What we're looking for Minimum 3 years' experience as an Insurance Broker or Account Manager in the Brokerage industry Proven track record of successfully managing a portfolio of commercial/SME insurance clients Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate insurance concepts to clients Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail Thorough understanding of insurance products, policies and regulatory requirements Highly organised and able to prioritise multiple tasks effectively Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and building long-term client relationships Relevant insurance qualifications (e.g. Diploma of Insurance Broking) are highly desirable What is on offer The employer is committed to providing employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
