Trading under The Better Food Distribution Co (NSW & QLD) and The Forage Company (VIC) we represent and distribute more than 30 premium food and beverage brands, including Remedy, Fever Tree, Tony'(s Chocolonely, Proper Crisps, Health Lab, Barbell and Funday right up and down the East Coast. Our distribution arm in VIC is looking for a gun sales rep to join our field team, growing sales of our amazing brands within our portfolio across retail and food service outlets. This exciting role will see you manage our South East/Mornington Peninsula territory, working with some of the area's best independent cafes, restaurants, and retailers. The role includes: Managing a client base of retail grocery and food service customers in your allocated territory. Growing volume, distribution, and profitability with existing outlets and achieving sales and distribution targets. Selling the full portfolio of premium brands and new products to your existing accounts. Taking a lead on prospecting future customer opportunities. Ensuring exceptional excellence (merchandising and range compliance). Planning and executing an effective journey plan to cover the territory. Working closely and collaboratively with our other sales reps and brand owners to maximise the presence and availability of our portfolio of products and brands. Ideally, you have experience working in a sales rep role in the food service or independent retail channel, and live in or close to this diverse, dynamic and vibrant territory. And a valid Australian Drivers Licence is a must. The successful candidate will: Share our passion for brilliant food and beverage, natural and organic brands. Be an absolute gun with closing sales and opening new business and opportunity. Excel in a role where you get to working autonomously, and your biggest competition is your own high standards and you strive to beat your personal best. Have a good working knowledge of MS Office, Google Apps, iPads, iPhones and CRM/sales apps. Have the drive, motivation, and energy to represent our brands with passion.
