Digital Six, a leading Australian digital marketing agency, is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our high-performing team. Must be based in Brisbane. What You’ll Be Doing Managing and optimising PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and paid social media channels. Analysing campaign performance and identifying ways to improve ROI and conversions. Learning and/or executing A/B testing, audience targeting, and data-driven campaign optimisation. Supporting client accounts by assisting with strategy, reporting, and performance insights. Collaborating with internal teams, including creative and content, to deliver high-performing campaigns. Staying up to date with the latest trends in paid media and digital marketing. Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring their business goals are understood and met. Experience in client communication and stakeholder management, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Who We’re Looking For If you’re just starting out, we’d love to hear from you if you have: A basic understanding of digital marketing principles (Google Ads, social media advertising, or PPC experience is a plus). A strong analytical mindset – you enjoy working with data, numbers, and campaign performance metrics. A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn from experienced marketers. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn how to manage client relationships and present insights effectively.
