Program Manager – Retirement Program Join Colonial First State as a Program Manager within the Enterprise Delivery team, driving retirement product development across digital engagement and retention initiatives. Your Team The Enterprise Delivery team is part of CFS's Transformation, Technology and Operations unit, accountable for program delivery across the organisation. Responsibilities Prioritise and manage program initiatives, ensuring work is resourced and delivered on time and within budget. Own program level reporting forums (PSG and EDF). Document program materials (financials, status, risks, issues, change control requests) for steering groups. Act as first escalation point for project managers/solution delivery managers. Govern initiatives, reviewing status, financials, risks, issues and escalating as needed. Manage change control process to keep program within scope, schedule and budget. Plan quarterly and yearly programme roadmaps. Initial discovery of new initiatives launching within the program. Capability & Experience Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile delivery approaches. Experience delivering product development projects with vendor selection and onboarding. End‑to‑end Business Project/Program Management expertise (not solely IT delivery). Experience in large, complex environments with IT business dependencies. Proven track record managing programmes and engaging executive stakeholders.
