Program Manager Join Tranzformd as a Program Manager and lead a major customer data transformation program with one of our key clients. This role will shape, define, and drive a complex, multi-year initiative aimed at consolidating customer data into a unified view to support future commercial decision making across its products. Initially 6-12 month FTC. Key Responsibilities Lead the development and delivery planning for a large-scale customer data transformation program. Engage with business, commercial, data, and technology teams to understand existing challenges and future-state goals. Define program scope, strategic outcomes, roadmap, and governance approach. Drive the consolidation of customer data into a Single Customer View to enable improved decision-making. Manage program execution, ensuring alignment to objectives and delivery of tangible business value. Facilitate strong stakeholder relationships and support clear decision-making across functions. Oversee program financials, risks, dependencies, and status reporting. Ensure that program outcomes avoid common pitfalls seen in large CRM and data projects where investment fails to translate into actual business benefit. Required Skills & Experience Background in customer data platforms, Customer 360, Single Customer View, or similar transformation work. Experience shaping and delivering large-scale data or transformation programs. Exposure to commercial teams, data models, and customer data environments in insurance. Ability to take ambiguity and complexity and convert it into a structured delivery roadmap. Business architecture experience beneficial but not mandatory. Previous experience with one of the large enterprise financial services firms is highly regarded. Candidate Profile Strong strategic thinking paired with practical delivery execution. Confident operating across senior stakeholders and technical teams. Able to create clarity and structure where none currently exists. Must be a program shaper and driver, not an order-taker.
