CQUniversity is seeking a proactive, detail‑oriented professional to facilitate and administer student work placement across a range of disciplines and student cohorts. As a Work Integrated Learning (WIL) Officer, you’ll be at the forefront of connecting students with valuable real‑world industry experience. You’ll work closely with academic teams, industry partners, and students to secure placements that meet course, accreditation, and professional requirements. Your day‑to‑day will involve relationship management, strategic planning, data entry, cross‑team collaboration, and problem‑solving – all with the goal of supporting student success. Placement experience exposure in a Work Integrated Learning environment highly regarded. Recruitment or sales experience combined with an administration background is advantageous. Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with a variety of stakeholders. Proven ability to manage complex tasks, meet deadlines, and work independently within a fast‑paced environment. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and a solutions‑focused mindset. Confident to use business support tools (Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, or corporate information systems).
