General Manager - Sales & Business Development As General Manager – Sales & Business Development, you will lead and support The Group’s national growth agenda across Australia (including BIC Consolidated, EGroup and phs) by strengthening our market presence, building influential client relationships, and identifying strategic opportunities. Working closely with the CCO, Executive Director and the broader leadership team, you will oversee the strategic and operational direction of our sales, marketing and tendering functions. Your leadership will be pivotal in expanding our client base, increasing revenue, improving tender performance, and strengthening our competitive position in the market. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement sales, marketing and growth strategies aligned with company objectives. Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for expansion. Recommend new services, campaigns and channels to support long-term growth. Build, manage and strengthen senior-level client relationships. Prospect, pitch and convert new customers into long-term partners. Lead tender and proposal development, ensuring high-quality submissions. Participate in pricing strategies and negotiate commercial outcomes. Achieve revenue targets and KPIs for the division. Present new solutions to enhance relationships with existing clients. Conduct customer surveys, manage feedback and ensure exceptional service delivery. Facilitate internal and external client debriefs. Lead teams across estimating, business development, tendering and client services. Set clear objectives to maximise individual and departmental performance. Produce accurate monthly reporting, forecasts and sales tracking. What You Bring Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related discipline (MBA highly regarded). 5+ years’ experience in sales or marketing roles in the property services industry (essential). Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder engagement capability. Demonstrated ability to drive sales growth and build strategic partnerships. High integrity, energy and motivation to achieve results. Excellent public speaking, networking, planning and negotiation skills. Why Join Us?
