We have an exciting opportunity to join our Marketing Programmatic team as a Senior Mobile Marketing Specialist in Sydney. The purpose of this role is to drive the expansion of our mobile marketing function by executing high‑performance, end‑to‑end app campaigns. Reporting to the Mobile Marketing Manager, you will take ownership of user acquisition and retargeting efforts, utilising mobile‑specific technologies and DSPs. Your purpose is to turn data into action, optimising the mobile customer journey and playing a critical role in establishing our mobile apps as a primary driver of business growth. Key Responsibilities Own the end‑to‑end execution of mobile campaigns, including setup, budget allocation, audience segmentation and performance monitoring across mobile DSPs and programmatic channels. Support the development of integrated marketing strategies for App Acquisition and engagement, managing the AdMob ecosystem to balance internal cross‑sell initiatives with external monetisation opportunities to maximise both growth and revenue. Liaise with Mobile Measurement Partners (specifically AppsFlyer) to ensure accurate attribution, tracking, and data integrity. Work closely with the Mobile Manager to grow relationships with key platform partners in the app ecosystem, manage agency/vendor relationships, and expand into social channels over time. Act as the internal subject‑matter expert for App marketing to align strategies and drive innovation. Own weekly and monthly reporting for User Acquisition, presenting accurate data, key wins and actionable learnings to stakeholders. Monitor and optimise performance metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV) across paid channels, partnering with Marketing Insights to surface recommendations. Translate user behaviour insights and seasonal trends into high‑converting campaign concepts, driving the creative strategy and ensuring messaging alignment across all touch points. What You Will Bring Demonstrated digital media experience in the Ad Tech industry, Ad Serving and Ad Management Technologies. Strong troubleshooting ability with a clear approach to problem solving. Working knowledge of Mobile Performance platforms: Liftoff, AdAction, Admob, Ironsource, Unity and more. Working knowledge of DSP platforms: TTD, Amazon, DV360 is required. Good understanding of Adserving & MMP tools: CM360, Flashtalking, AppsFlyer, Firebase, AdForm and more. Good understanding of Analytical tools: AAS, GA4, Adobe analytics, DoubleVerify, IAS and more. Experience in competitive, performance driven environments with a track record of success (e.g., Ad spend efficiency). Gaming experience is highly valued but not required.
